Jason’s fishing journey began around 22 years ago, float fishing on the river in Bath with his dad. It wasn’t long before he transitioned to carp fishing after landing his first carp, a moment that left him completely hooked. Over the years, Jason has enjoyed some incredible sessions and created countless memories. A passionate carp angler, he simply loves being out on the bank Jason holds a ticket for the Linear Syndicate, which is where he mainly fishes, though he also enjoys occasional sessions on the Linear day tickets, with Manor Lake being his favourite. Once or twice a year, he travels overseas to fish, with an annual family trip to France to fish at a place known as The Secret Garden. At present, he’s on the hunt for a particular fish from the syndicate, known as the Big Scaly, which pushes over 40lb at the right time of year.
